The idea that became 'The Property Club Qld' was conceived in 1993 by a group of friends with a common interest, that interest being effective, affordable property investment for Australian families.
The Property Club Qld and its team of property investment specialists have helped thousands of Australian families on the path to financial independence. Our people continue to thrive and tell us regularly that 'The Club' changed their lives.
Unlike most other 'Investment Clubs' we are NOT REAL ESTATE AGENTS IN DISGUISE. We do not list other people's properties for sale.

'The Club' is constantly researching the areas of Property Location – Financing – Risk Management – Rental Demand – Rapid Mortgage Reduction – and all other aspects of the purchase of rental properties.
We are focused on growth and our mission is to build equity for our members as rapidly as possible, in order to allow them to put together as big a portfolio as they choose, as quickly as possible.
Increases of $30 000 to $50 000 in the first 6 months are not unusual, using our unique methods.

Our members have been conducting "Why Wasn't I Told" presentations and work-shops across Australia for 15 years – In homes factories and offices – Down Coal Mines – and in 5 Star Hotels - Teaching the simple principles and cardinal rules of successfully building a solid financial future, through rapidly acquiring rental houses safely and securely.
